I have lived here for 2+ years and will be staying here until I am no longer in need of an apartment! I LOVE this place! The manager Marianne is fabulous! If you follow the rules, which aren’t that hard to follow, you’ll get along fabulously! The pool and exercise room are great amenities! It’s a very clean complex and has high standards to keep it that way! Which is important to us! Love the fact that you can have pets here! It’s a great place for people of all ages! Can’t say enough good things about this place! As for the bad reviews I would take them with a grain of salt as people who get kicked out for violating the rules are very likely to leave bad reviews. Just saying.

We looked everywhere in St George for a rental for my family member. Mostly units were overpriced, poorly kept, with bad parking. Bummer. Then we found Joule Plaza, super clean apartments, exercise room, ample parking, fabulous downtown St George location. Restaurants, schools, churches, grocery and shops all walking distance. Marianne is a fantastic manager who solves problems for tenants, kind and considerate, with a focus on helping tenants, keeping the entire property in great condition. I will refer other family and friends to Joule Plaza apartments. Check them out for yourself first! No one paid me to write this, our family had an excellent experience with this company.

Marianne Brown, and Kooper, were a joy to work with. They made the process easy and fast. Joule Plaza feels more like a luxury resort. Everything is clean, clean, clean, which I appreciate. I looked at many places, and the quality, price, and location of Joule Plaza was the very best on all three accounts. Go and see for yourself.

It's obvious that the location is nice. Right in the middle of St. George Arts District. Walking distance to everything you really need (Groceries, Library, Museums as well as Farmstead Bakery and MANY other places to eat and relax!!) makes it really nice to live here. The best part though, is how communicative, responsive and in-touch the managers are here at the property. I've never lived in an apartment complex where the managers were so easy to work with about EVERYTHING. We love it here so much that one of our kids are moving in to Joule Plaza. Really a spectacular place to live!

I love living here! From the parking garage, always clean hallways, well maintained grounds- these are all great reasons to choose Joule Plaza. I feel safe living here and have enjoyed all the great activities Marianne and Kooper put together. Not to mention, I set my garbage out and it gets emptied daily! My maintenance requests are answered in a timely manor as well.

I have called Joule Plaza “home” for 7 months and I could not be happier! The entire staff of Marianne, Gary and Kooper always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs. They are quick to attend to any problems that arise and they keep the grounds and facilities clean and immaculate, which I appreciate. They work hard to keep engaged with the residents by offering homemade treats in the office, monthly bingo games and other fun activities. I could not feel safer anywhere else and I love the downtown neighborhood. I made a great choice moving to Joule Plaza! ?

Choosing an apartment by just the photos on the web site and reviews while living in a different state was a little risky but we are so happy with our choice! The place is just as beautiful as the photos! Mariann and Kooper have been so helpful throughout the process! What a great community vibe. Love our new home!!

I've lived here for a year, and couldn't be happier! Great location, amenities and staff! Maryanne, Cooper and Gary are so attentive and welcoming. If there are issues (and there are very few), they work to resolve them to my satisfaction quickly. Maryanne is always coming up with something to make us feel at home (Yummy "Breakfasts on the go" and fun activities we can all participate it. The property is very secure, and wonderfully maintained. I'm proud to bring guests here, and am so happy to call this my home!

My wife and I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment in February. The process was very easy and the staff at Joule Plaza were amazing and supportive. We love the floor plan and the openness of the kitchen and living room. The pet park has been amazing as well as the doggy wash. The people at Joule are very pet friendly and supportive.
